Projects
MyCQ
MyCQ is a 360 degrees feedback system for higher vocational education and university students. The goal of MyCQ is to evaluate students’ competencies doing internships, projects and other work related parts of their education. 360 degree feedback means that students rate themselves but are also rated by a number of those directly involved in the (work) environment, e.g., fellow students, supervisors, teachers. MyCQ was developed at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam and the Universiteit van Amsterdam in a project financed by the Digitale Universiteit. My responsibility in the project was the development of the competency matrix, the questionnaire, and the psychometric analyses.
